Ever stood on the feet of the sea!? Ever been on a dusk date with a river!? Ever listened to the waves, have you!? When I first met the sea, I could not comprehend it's language and lyrics as it christened my tiny feet. I was way too scared that the sea might take me away with it as it takes the sand and the shells I adore. I used to get intimidated by the high waves sailing towards me like colossal yachts. I still remember that day when I had dared to step close to it, and it had come rushing from far away to engulf my feet, with its jaws wide open. It even carried away my transient footprints which I had left on the sand. The glistening shore would often outshine my own light. And how could the little me have ever let anybody outshine herself!?
